We are based in the United States and our service providers may process information in the US and other countries. If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland, your information may be transferred to countries that do not have the same data protection laws as yours. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where our providers are certified.

8. How long we keep information

9. How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, spam protection and limiting access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a data breach where the law requires.
